Therapy with me isn’t just about self-reflection, I’m all about helping you create real, lasting change. Our therapy will help you find practical ways to reduce anxiety, step into confidence and create the life you want. I truly believe that change is possible for everyone.

Although I use research evidence and science to guide my approach, we will have real, understandable conversations that actually make sense to you. And if a reference to Married at First Sight (or whatever fits) helps explain something, you bet I’ll use it!

I’m not here to “fix” you because you’re not broken. We’re a team that will work together to move in a direction that feels right for you. I’ll always adapt my approach to fit your needs, not the other way around.
Honest & Straight-Talking
I keep it real. If something isn’t serving you, I’ll tell you, but always in a way that is supportive, never harsh. Think of me as that friend who tells it like it is, but with professional training.
Warmth & Compassion
​Therapy shouldn’t feel cold or clinical. I’m here to create a judgement free space where you feel comfortable being your real self, messy thoughts and all, as I know life can be complicated. I will also be your personal cheerleader every step of the way.
